We want you to love your handmade goods. You may cancel within 30 days without any reason.
The window to cancel your order is 30 days from the date you received your handcrafted items, or when a third party you appointed takes delivery of the cozy goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, kindly inform us of your decision with a clear written statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned textiles. We'll use your original payment method, and you won't incur any additional fees for this reimbursement process.
Return Conditions:
For your items to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
Purchased in the last 30 days
Items are in original packaging
The following cannot be returned:
Custom-made purses or clearly personalized sewn items tailored specifically to your requests.
Goods which by their artisanal nature cannot be returned, or any delicate materials that degrade.
Knitted items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed or altered with other textiles.
We reserve the right to respectfully refuse returns of any crafted items that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.
Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the crafted goods to our workshop. Please send your package to:

We cannot be held responsible for handmade goods damaged or lost in return transit. We strongly recommend an insured, trackable mailing service. We cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the items or proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the crocheted or sewn piece was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned craft is safely received at our shop, a lovely gift certificate will be mailed.
If it wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund directly to the generous gift giver instead.
